Those are just a few of the many thank you messages CareerForce staff have received from grateful Minnesotans who received career exploration and job search assistance during the pandemic. Of course, CareerForce staff were helping people looking for work and employers looking for workers long before the pandemic, and they will continue to do so long after the pandemic finally ends. 

CareerForce is leveraging the many lessons learned during the pandemic to continue to serve Minnesotans in more innovative and effective ways going forward. A key objective for the upcoming year is building a new customer experience, rooted in a proactive approach to serve the customers that need us most.  From engaging in partnerships with libraries and other community organizations to meet customers where they are, to improving digital services and exploring new ways to connect Minnesotans with employers who need them now, CareerForce will continue to evolve to meet the needs of Minnesotans today – and tomorrow.
