Jen came to CareerForce in Burnsville after she had been job hunting for a few months without much success. CareerForce staff helped her revamp her resume and prepare for the job interviews that revamped resume opened up for her. Here's what Jen had to say about how CareerForce helped her:
"My resume was old and outdated, so they suggested ways to update and improve it. I worked on multiple drafts and they gave me some awesome example to work off of. After changing the format and wording to make it more eye catching to recruiters, I found myself having more interviews. The interview process was still slow. Having to have phone interviews, virtual interviews, in person interviews, panel interviews and job tests. I finally landed a great job. Google says it takes about six months to get a new job and it was almost that time frame. So try and get help from CareerForce early on. It really improved my chances while I was job hunting."
