Ryan was looking for work earlier this year and turned to CareerForce for assistance. He found the help he needed thanks to Gina Meixner who works out of CareerForce in Bloomington.

In particular, Ryan needed help with highlighting how his background prepared him for positions he was interested in.

“I faced the challenge of presenting, both in written and interviews, my career accomplishments and experience to align with employers' requirements,” said Ryan. “Gina Meixner was of great help! She provided feedback and examples to update my resume for targeted positions, gave me the latest tips and tricks for LinkedIn and presented other programs.”

Ryan added that Gina was quick to respond to emails, took the extra time needed to help him and made the career assistance he received more personal.

Gina’s assistance helped Ryan land employment in the field he was targeting and he couldn’t be happier.

“Gina, I have accepted employment and my first day is 5/31!”, said Ryan “Thanks so much for all of your help, it really contributed to me landing this great job!”
