Learn to create a free Office 365 account, & to perform basic functions like Open, New, New from Template, Save, Save As & Print. Gain key Microsoft vocabulary while managing multiple windows & attaching files to emails. Participants do not need Microsoft Office software to take this workshop.

All MECP workshops are fully virtual & will be held via ZOOM. Registration takes place on the MinnesotaWorks.net website. If you do not have a Minnesota Works account, you will be prompted to create one as part of the registration process. Students must register at least 24 hours prior to the workshop to guarantee their seat. Your registration confirmation email from MinnesotaWorks.net does not contain the workshop link. Your instructor will email you the Zoom link 24-48 hours ahead of your workshop. Please make sure your MinnesotaWorks.net account is updated with your preferred email address, or you may not receive our emails. Requirements for participation: a reliable internet connection and internet-connected device. Examples include: Desktop or Laptop computer (preferred), Smart phone or Tablet (iPad, etc.). Your device must be equipped with ALL of the following: video capability (built-in camera or external web camera), audio capability (built-in speakers or external speakers), and microphone (built-in or external).
