When you complete an assessment, you will see a results page that shows you occupations that may be a good fit for you. You don’t need a CareerForceMN.com account to take the assessments, but if you want to save your results and use them to set career goals, you will need an account.
- The interest assessment results page shows how much your responses match with each of the six Holland RIASEC types, which are: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. Your matches will be displayed in order of strongest match to weakest match. And further down on the page you will see a list of specific occupations that are a good match for your interests or skills, along with the following information for each recommended occupation: demand, wage ranges for Minnesota and the typical level of education required.
