Our Licensed sales agents provide solutions to our customers health insurance needs with a wide array of competitive products. Through a solution sales approach create and present health insurance packages to customers Lead nurturing through outbound calling efforts Inbound Live transfers Maintain conversion and ancillary attachment metrics standards.
Required Skills:
- Results oriented: Motivated individual with a focus on achieving sales success Previous Call Center / Sales experience Excellent customer service skills and time management Must obtain/retain Life and Health Insurance license as well as carrier appointments as needed Ability to navigate multiple software applications in conjunction with utilizing our best in class solution selling approach.
