Founded as Dakota’s Children in 1972 Living Well Disability Services™ delivers exceptional services that transform the lives of people impacted by intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. Our exceptional services are available to people in their own home or in one of the 34 homes we operate throughout and around the metro. Applicants for Residential Support positions will provide services in one of our 34 residences. As a member of a team of staff members, these Direct Support Professionals will deliver exceptional services to each person we support, as well as working to provide a home environment conducive to independence, individuality, and choice.

Applicants for In Home Support positions will provide services to individuals in their own homes. These Direct Support Professionals provide services designed to help a person in their home and in various community. When at a person’s home, staff may assist the individual with things such as meal preparation, home cleanliness, as well as self-care opportunities that maximize independence.

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available including part time & full time.  Must Be 16 years of age to apply and no experience is needed. Career advancement opportunities also available.
