Rosenboom has career opportunities with competitive skills-based wages in a variety of jobs including CNC machining, quality assurance, robotic and manual welding, paint, maintenance, metal finishing, and shipping and receiving. Rosenboom has an outstanding training program and will train qualified candidates who do not have related training or experience. A Spanish language interpreter is also available for the Iowa plants.

We have a very clean, open, work environment.  Our team members are friendly, helpful and there is a lot of longevity with our team members which speaks for itself.  Our jobs are challenging, and rewarding but you don't have to come to us with experience.  We will train you!  Starting pay is based on experience, but minimum wage is $18 and second shift pays a $3 shift differential.
