The Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is a substantial part of the 200-acre Viking Lakes mixed-use development, the destination is home to the Minnesota Vikings headquarters, Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium.  With 14 stories, 320 newly designed guest rooms, six two-story hospitality lounges and 14 suites, the property is a full-service hotel. Viking Lakes feature more than 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meetings and pre-function space, a full-service spa, and a fitness facility. Food and Beverage offerings will include a specialty restaurant offering all-day dining--developed in partnership with local chef and restaurateur Ann Kim. Additional food and beverage outlets include a Sports Bar with outdoor terrace, and an Espresso and Lobby Bar.
