Women who are residents of Minnesota and one of the following: age 50+, a person of color, or low income.
Funds are available to pay for short-term training leading to work that is considered non-traditional for women, in-demand and with good wages.
- Work 1:1 with an employment counselor
- Interest and values assessments
- Career exploration and labor market research
- Develop a training and job search plan
- Financial assistance
- Job search assistance

Basic eligibility:
- Woman who is age 18+, and
- Resident of Minnesota, and
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
In addition to the basic eligibility criteria, individuals must also fit into one of the following groups:
- Person of color
- Age 50+
- At or below 200% federal poverty guideline (FPG)
No cost to those determined eligible.
