The goal of the Retention & Career Advancement Committee is to identify a holistic approach to workforce retention that values inclusivity, supports career growth, and ultimately leads to a more engaged and committed workforce. This includes finding best practices for career laddering and building an inclusive work environment. Emphases will be on how to create a welcoming workplace for BIPOC and other underrepresented talent. Other focuses will include improving career satisfaction, career growth, and professional retention. The committee will identify current resources for reskilling and upskilling workers.
