The Retention & Career Advancement Committee seeks to create an inclusive workplace for targeted, underrepresented talent through a comprehensive strategy.
Aligning with objective #4 to Assist with the Development of Strategies to promote manufacturing careers, the committee will focus on strategies to retain the current and future workforce. This includes identifying issues impacting job satisfaction and opportunities for workers to grow within their roles. The committee will also recommended best practices for developing mentorship, and pathways for career progression.
The Retention & Career Advancement Committee also aims to provide best practices for assisting employers in promoting career advancement using key effective strategies.
