180 Degrees, Inc. was incorporated in 1971 and, in 1973, opened the doors to a half-way house in Minneapolis for men re-entering the community after incarceration. Through responsive program development and acquisitions, 180 Degrees has evolved to include a wide range of social services and support for youth, adults, and families who have experienced adversity.
In the fall of 2015, 180 Degrees embarked on a strategic planning process to chart a path for 180 Degree’s Bold Future, define the strategic goals and tactics needed to achieve it, and create operational plans to support implementation.
