About Us: Minneapolis College provides high-quality, lifelong learning programs in the heart of a vibrant city. Located on the edge of downtown Minneapolis along the arts corridor, we are one of 33 colleges and universities in the Minnesota State system. We offer affordable pathways to high-quality degrees, diplomas, certificates and more. Minneapolis College is a public two-year career and technical college, enrolling nearly 10,000 for-credit students annually. We actively partner in initiatives to strengthen the social, economic and cultural vitality of the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

We are one of the most diverse college campuses in Minnesota. More than 70 percent of our students identify as being members of Indigenous or communities of color, international, low income, or first generation. 

Services We Provide: We offer more than 100 associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Many of our programs transfer to four-year colleges while others prepare you for rewarding careers. Through our Continuing Education and Workforce Development department, we also offer programs for professional development and partner with community-based organizations to address workforce development needs through strategic career pathway programming.
