First District Association is a regional cooperative manufacturing dairy ingredients for brands that you know and trust. We ship our liquid milk, cheese, lactose, whey and condensed products both domestically and internationally. Our 200+ employees work to bring great quality products to your table everyday. As a single site location in Litchfield, MN, we have many positions including equipment operators, maintenance, electrical, boiler operators, shipping and warehouse positions in addition to our accounting/ finance, customer service, quality, lab, human resources and IS/ IT positions. We offer rotating 8 hour shifts with 7 days off in a row every month, or we offer 2-2-3 12 hour shifts. Our plant is open 24/7, 365 days per year so your ability to rotate days and nights and work some holidays is a must. We work with each other to protect time off and ensure we keep family first.
Our Benefits
We offer a competitive or higher level of benefits and wages than our local competitors. All production positions are represented by the Teamsters Local 471.
