Volunteers of America – Minnesota and Wisconsin has 120 years of experience in services for older adults; adults with special needs; children, youth and families; military and veterans; and those re-entering our communities after incarceration. In 2016, we served more than 24,500 people and employed a staff of 800 in Minnesota and Wisconsin, in more than 110 locations.  We coordinated the efforts of over 1,600 volunteers, who contributed over 71,000 hours of service.

In addition to sharing a workplace, our colleagues share the values of collaboration, compassion, excellence, integrity and respect, which form the foundation for our mission — to help people gain self-reliance, dignity and hope.
