This class will instruct beginning users how to perform the basic operations universal to the Microsoft Office suite: Open, New, New from Template, Save, Save As, & Print. It will familiarize users with key Microsoft vocabulary & teach them to identify and master important screen elements. It will demonstrate how to navigate the ribbon, how to customize screen settings, & how to manipulate multiple open files. It will also cover how to attach files to an email.

This class is highly recommended for beginning users before they take the Basic, Intermediate or Advanced level classes in Word, Excel or PowerPoint as these skills can be used across the entire Microsoft Office suite.

Registered participants will receive information on how to connect to the workshop prior to the beginning of the event.
