CNC Machine Tool Accelerated Academy
Sign up for a program that could change your life.
Evening CNC classes for a total of 76 hours of training. This introductory accelerated course teaches the basics of being a machinist, which can lead directly to a high paying career in manufacturing.
Qualifiers: Individual of color, criminal record, no High School Diploma or GED, disability, Unemployed for the last 26 weeks, at or below the 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline, lacking stable housing. Must be 18 years old and not enrolled in High School.
Grant funding is available which may cover the entire cost.

40 hours of hands-on CNC/Machining, to include Basic CNC set-up,Downloading and Running programs, Loading tools and Monitoring speed, Operating CNC machine tools for success.
20 hours of classroom including Safety, Blueprint reading, Precision Measuring and Gauging
Upon completion you will have earned 2 certificates in CNC Machining and OSHA for General Industry and one college credit.
Cost - $2500.
