Google IT Support will offer an introductory course to provide individuals the skills needed for an entry-level IT support job. Upon completion, you can directly apply for jobs with Google and over 130 U.S. employers, including Walmart, Best Buy, and Astreya. Class is Monday – Thursday 5:00pm – 5:45pm, office hours on Fridays.

- Gain skills required to succeed in an entry-level IT job.
- Learn to perform day-to-day IT support tasks including computer assembly, wireless networking, installing programs, and customer service.
- Learn how to provide end-to-end customer support, ranging from identifying problems to troubleshooting and debugging.
There generally is no financial cost for individuals depending on eligibility factors: military service, race, gender, disabilities, long-term unemployment, high school / GED, recent incarceration, public assistance, age of 55 or older and income below 200% of Federal Poverty Guideline. Participants must be a resident of Minnesota, and live in the state of Minnesota.
