Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

4 days/week for 7 weeks

  • NorthStar Digital Literacy certificates
  • Mental health/crisis training & certificate
  • Microsoft Office specialist certifications
  • National Retail Federation certificate
  • Healthcare systems medical terminology
  • Medical call center customer service skills

Program Benefits:

  • Average starting wage: $18–$20/hour
  • Support including interview clothing, fuel, or bus cards.

Program Costs

Training is free to attend with the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Low income household eligibility (preferred)
  • 1 year of recent customer service experience
  • Clean criminal background with ability to pass DHS background
  • Minneapolis resident preference
  • Stipends available for Minneapolis residents
