Takoda’s information technology training programs are designed to give you the skills and credentials needed to quickly enter in-demand IT support jobs. 

CompTIA Information Technology Fundamentals course will give you gain a better understanding of information technology and explore careers in the field. The Takoda Institute provides rigorous instruction, test preparation and credential testing.

Our intimate class sizes and caring instructors ensure that you are learning in a supportive and career-focused environment.

The sessions currently are offered in-person and virtually.

Training is offered at no cost to students, and our career counselors will help you find employment once you graduate.

How to Participate

To get started on this no-cost training, complete the online interest form. For questions, call 612.341.3358, x146.

Once we receive this interest form, we will follow-up with next steps for registration and enrollment.

Outcomes

Takoda is a CompTIA-certified training provider, and successful students will graduate with IT Fundamentals credentials.

Program Costs

There generally is no financial cost for individuals eligible for our various programs. These eligibility factors typically include military service, race, gender, disabilities, long-term unemployment, recent incarceration, public assistance, age of 55 or older and income below 200% of Federal Poverty Guideline. 

Our Takoda Institute team members will work with you to determine eligibility.
