This program will be used to implement high-quality training to prepare participants for careers in Business Services (Property Maintenance) Industry. This provide will provide pathways into careers that are in high demand, with a projection for 10 years of growth.
Classes Start September 19 - Oct 21 (9am - 1 pm) Monday to Friday
All trainings are in-person:
IOC: 5930 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center. South: 3702 E. Lake Street Minneapolis, MN.
Eligibility: 18 years or older, Fall at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. At or above 5th-grade math and reading skills. Available to attend all training dates. Legally authorized to work in the US.
MN special Engineer Boiler’s license (60 hrs.) technical training. Participants will exit to employment (maintenance & repair workers; painters, construction, maintenance, installation, etc.) or post-secondary education.
