MTP’s Manufacturing & Construction Essentials program will prepare you for jobs in manufacturing and construction trades. The program utilizes strong, well-established partnerships with unions, workplaces with union workers, and registered apprenticeship programs to help underserved groups enter and sustain employment in nontraditional occupations.
Program includes: OSHA-10, CPR/AED, Shop Math/Measurement, Mental Health, Job Stressors, Worker Rights, Unions and Apprenticeship overviews, Employability Skills, Leadership Workshops, Tours/Guest Speakers, Job Connections, Support Services.

Key components of the short-term, flexible program include online training modules, culturally responsive services, and strong connections to our unions and apprenticeship programs.
Eligibility: BIPOC individuals or low-income.
