Soldering is the process of connecting metal parts together with a heated tool. In this training, you will learn how to solder become IPC certified.

KOM's soldering training program is offered in partnership with Roseville Adult Learning Center and TSC Connect and is offered in-person at a training site in St. Paul. To be eligible for the training, you must identify as South East Asian and low-income.

Outcomes

Earn IPC certifications IPC-J-Std-001 & IPC A-610

A KOM Career Counselor will help you find a job as a hand solderer.

There is no cost to those who are eligible. Eligibility criteria for this program includes:

  • Identify as South East Asian
  • Low income
